Processing
Every order is retrieved from the vault, authenticated, and packed by hand before dispatch. Standard processing is 5–8 business days. Orders shipped via an expedited UPS service are prioritized and typically process within 2–4 business days. Processing begins the next business day after your order is placed.

Shipping
We ship exclusively via UPS. Live rates and delivery estimates for every available service are calculated for your address at checkout — you choose the service and speed that suits you. Transit time begins when the carrier scans your package and is in addition to processing time.

Adult signature (21+) with government-issued ID is required on every delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, or to AL, AK, AR, HI, MS, SD, UT, or WI.

Damage
Report damage to concierge@midnightwhiskey.com within three (3) business days of delivery, with photos of the outer packaging and the bottle. Retain all original packaging — the carrier may require it for inspection. Every shipment is fully insured for its total value.
