Distilled at The Macallan estate in Craigellachie, Speyside, Edition No. 3 bridged the worlds of single malt whisky and haute perfumery. Production Methodology

Edition No. 3 was assembled nose-first. Roja Dove, a master perfumer, worked with Bob Dalgarno to select six cask styles of European and American oak — the smallest recipe in the series to that point — with each style chosen for its aromatic contribution rather than palate weight.
