Heaven Hill Distillery built the 2025 Parker's Heritage Collection, the series' 19th Edition, from three different kinds of whiskey: a 15-year-old Kentucky straight wheated bourbon, a 12-year-old whiskey distilled only from rye and malted barley, and an 11-year-old Kentucky straight corn whiskey. Released in September 2025 as a Kentucky Straight American Whiskey, it carries an 11-year age statement and was bottled at barrel proof, 122.5 proof (61.25% ABV), without chill filtration.

Nº 01

The Elemental Distinction

01

19th Edition of Parker's Heritage Collection: The annual Heaven Hill series named for its late Master Distiller Emeritus Parker Beam, issued every year since 2007.

02

Three whiskey types from 160 barrels: Wheated bourbon from Rickhouse A, rye-and-malt whiskey from Rickhouse Y, and corn whiskey from Rickhouses DD, GG, and BB, each aged separately and married after aging.

03

An experimental 50/50 mash: The 12-year-old component is equal parts rye and malted barley, so neither grain reaches the 51% that a rye or malt whiskey designation requires.

04

Barrel proof, non-chill filtered: 122.5 proof (61.25% ABV) under an 11-year age statement, set by the youngest whiskey in the blend.

05

ALS support: A portion of the proceeds from each bottle goes to the ALS Association's Parker Beam Promise of Hope Fund; Heaven Hill put the series' total since 2013 at more than $1.4 million when this edition launched.

Heaven Hill Distillery & Parker's Heritage Collection

Bardstown American Whiskey Innovation

Distilled at Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, Parker's Heritage Collection was created in honor of late Master Distiller Emeritus Parker Beam. Since its debut in 2007, the annual series showcases Heaven Hill's most innovative stocks, rare mash bills, and experimental barrel aging. The 19th Edition continues this legacy by combining three distinct straight whiskey styles into a seamless, barrel-proof Kentucky Straight American Whiskey.

Sensory Profile & Strategy

Distillery Tasting Notes
I

Sensory Profile

Nose: Butterscotch and toasted marshmallow, then peanut brittle over oak spice, per Heaven Hill's official notes.
Palate: Caramel sweetness leads before rye spice and roasted nuts move in.

II

Strategic Position

Heaven Hill released the 19th Edition in limited quantities across the US and in select international markets from September 2025. The series has married mash bills before, such as the 2012 6th Edition (Blend of Mashbills), but the 19th Edition blends across whiskey types, combining corn whiskey and an experimental rye-malt whiskey beside wheated bourbon. Compare it directly with the 107-proof cognac-finished 18th Edition and the 11-year-old single barrel 11th Edition in Midnight Whiskey's vault.

Records & Assurance

Production Methodology

Heaven Hill Distillery pulled the 160 barrels for the 19th Edition from several rickhouses, and from different floors within them. The 15-year-old Kentucky straight wheated bourbon, distilled from 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley, the recipe Heaven Hill also uses for Larceny and Old Fitzgerald, aged in Rickhouse A. The 11-year-old Kentucky straight corn whiskey, from 80% corn, 12% malted barley and 8% rye, the Mellow Corn recipe, aged in Rickhouses DD, GG and BB. The 12-year-old component is an experimental mash of 50% rye and 50% malted barley, aged in Rickhouse Y; with neither grain reaching 51%, it cannot be called a rye whiskey or a malt whiskey. The three whiskeys matured separately and were married after aging in shares of 40% wheated bourbon, 40% rye-malt whiskey and 20% corn whiskey, then bottled at barrel proof, 122.5, without chill filtration. Conor O'Driscoll was Heaven Hill's Master Distiller when the edition was announced in August 2025.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the 2025 Parker's Heritage Collection a bourbon?

No. Heaven Hill Distillery released the 2025 Parker's Heritage Collection, the series' 19th Edition, as a Kentucky Straight American Whiskey, and only one of the three whiskeys in its blend is a bourbon. The blend combines a 15-year-old Kentucky straight wheated bourbon, a 12-year-old whiskey made from 50% rye and 50% malted barley, and an 11-year-old Kentucky straight corn whiskey.

What proof is the Parker's Heritage Collection 19th Edition?

Heaven Hill Distillery bottled the Parker's Heritage Collection 19th Edition, its 2025 release, at barrel proof: 122.5 proof, or 61.25% ABV. The whiskey is non-chill filtered, and its three components, a wheated bourbon, a corn whiskey and a rye-and-malt whiskey, were aged separately and married after aging.

Why does the 2025 Parker's Heritage Collection carry an 11-year age statement?

The 11-year age statement on the 2025 Parker's Heritage Collection 19th Edition reflects the youngest whiskey in the blend, an 11-year-old Kentucky straight corn whiskey that makes up 20% of it. The remaining 80% is older, split evenly between a 15-year-old Kentucky straight wheated bourbon and a 12-year-old whiskey distilled from rye and malted barley.

How is the 2025 Parker's Heritage 11 Year different from the 11th Edition?

The 11-year-old Parker's Heritage Collection released in 2025 is the series' 19th Edition, a Kentucky Straight American Whiskey blended from a wheated bourbon, a corn whiskey and a rye-and-malt whiskey at 122.5 proof. The 11th Edition is an earlier Heaven Hill release from 2017, an 11-year-old single barrel bourbon, so the two bottles share a series and an age statement but not the whiskey inside.
